About the concert:
"New Trinity Baroque, Atlanta's most established early music group" (AJC) is happy to invite you to its next concert, featuring some of the most beautiful madrigals for 4 to 7 voices, written by the great Italian masters of the late 16th and early 17th centuries, including the WORLD PREMIERE of the madrigals by Francesco Portinaro! Featuring a vocal-instrumental ensemble of 14 musicians, including seven vocal soloists and an instrumental consort of six violins and violas da gambas, a lute, chitarrone, box organ and a harpsichord!
