It is quite incredible that we can stand at the front of you today and look back with 25 years of experience. Since 1998, New Trinity Baroque has delighted audiences with its attractive programs, brilliantly performed on period instruments. Described as "artistically satisfying" and "simply dazzling" (The Atlanta Journal-Constitution), New Trinity Baroque has become not only "Atlanta's most adventurous early music ensemble," but also "one of America's premier period groups."
We remain commited to continue presenting outstanding programs of music written by some of the greatest composers of the Baroque period, and we will be doing so both in Atlanta and in the place where we started - London, United Kingodm. Strengthened and encouraged by what both early music scenes offer, we will be featuring some of the brightest stars of early music today.
New Trinity Baroque uses period instruments, stylistically appropriate voices, and historically informed techniques. Also, thanks to many sponsors and supporters we have aquired quite an extensive collection of instruments - six harpsichords, three organs, a fortepiano, virginal and clavichord, ten baroque violins, three natural trumpets, three sackbuts, flutes, baroque timpani and more.
We hope that all our concerts will continue to delight you as well as entertain you. In that spirit, we look forward to seeing you this year, in which we will celebrate our 25th Anniversary!
