About
the concert:
New Trinity Baroque's annual Christmas concert features holiday-themed baroque concertos in a beautiful candlelight setting, played on period instruments. This year's program will include wonderful Christmas-themed concertos by Handel, Manfredini and Telemann (whose 250th anniversary we celebrate this year), as well as other pieces by Bach, Purcell, Vivaldi and Muffat.
Join us for this wonderful festivity, described by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution as "the most satisfying concert of the holiday season – a model of how to do it." Wine, eggnog and other beverages will be served during the intermission.
You will also be able to enjoy the amazing sound of the "Rosales" organ of St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church, featuring the church's organist Shannon Gallier. The whole concert will be presented in the beautiful candlelight setting, with over 300 candles surrounding the musicians!
