MUSIC OF HAYDN, MOZART, AND THEIR CONTEMPORARIES
Celebrating Haydn's 200th Anniversary
Featuring some of the most elegant music by Haydn, including his famous Quartet "The Lark" and Trio for Viola d'Amore, Violin and Cello. In addition, hear music by W.A. Mozart, J.S. Bach and G. Ph. Telemann, including Mozart's most famous Serenade for Strings "Eine kleine Nachtmusik," Telemann's Sonatas "in Canon," and solo Partitas by J.S. Bach written for Violin or Cello.

HANDEL’S NIGHTMARE - MUSIC OF GERMAN
& ITALIAN BAROQUE
Celebrating Handel's 250th Anniversary
When Handel was only 22 years old, he visited Italy, where he spent couple of years exploring the music of Italians, which later became his trademark. Over 40 of his Italian operas all have roots in the music that he composed during this period. This concert will featured amazing mezzo-soprano Tijana Grujic, in selections from some of Handel's most popular operas. In addition, we will hear fantastic sonatas for violin and continuo by Biber, Corelli and Tartini, including Tartini's "The Devil's Trill", Corelli's "La Folia", etc.
